FMA Search&Rescue Tactical SAR Helmet
Product Introduction:
FMA, in response to the various needs of professional rescue personnel, such as the desire for integrated communication systems, lightweight design, and improved comfort, has launched the EX SAR series helmet. Drawing on years of experience serving players and professional military and police units, as well as referencing advanced overseas products, our rescue helmet incorporates mature experience and adds integrated and expandable platforms. This provides search and rescue personnel with greater flexibility to better meet the challenges they face.
Helmet:
The FMA EX SAR is a helmet designed specifically for search and rescue operations, with the ability to attach accessories, while also meeting key industrial and mountaineering performance standards. The helmet features a fire-resistant ABS shell and EPS liner, and can be equipped with a headlamp and camera. It also includes improvements to the chin strap for rescue environments, as well as a knob system for precise fitting and one-handed quick operation. The FMA EX SAR comes with two vent hole covers to prevent objects and debris from entering the top ventilation holes of the helmet.
Lens:
The EX SAR protective lens can be quickly and easily installed onto the EX SAR rail system to protect you from impacts, fragments, water, and wind. The protective panel can be securely locked in the upper and lower positions, and both the inner and outer surfaces have anti-scratch coatings to ensure optical clarity and impact resistance. The lens is secured with 5*12 hex screws and has a separate hole for component installation.
Helmet Body:
The shell is made of fire-resistant ABS material, which has the characteristics of fire resistance, toughness, high processability, and high strength. It can withstand high impact strength, resist chemical corrosion, and the flame-retardant material is environmentally friendly.
inner helmet
The inner layer is the same as a regular helmet, using a 2 cm thick EPS hard foam as a cushioning layer, followed by a sponge liner. It provides a large protection area and strong impact resistance. Two sets of sponge liners are provided, one thin and one thick, with the thick one pre-installed on the helmet and the thin one installed separately. The liners can be used for cleaning and replacement, and the polyester sponge is suitable for replacing different helmet sets. The internal "EPS" is expanded polystyrene foam, which is made from polystyrene resin and added with a foaming agent as an auxiliary agent during the production process, and then heated at high temperature to form plastic foam. This foam is a more unique rigid closed-cell structure. Its chemical structure is relatively stable and durable.
Knob system:
1. Easy operation. The unique elongation and precise closure function of the pull cord guide eliminates the need for additional operations.
2. Adjustable tightness at any time. The wearer can make fine adjustments each time according to the optimal tightness of the knob system, instead of using traditional straps. Such adjustments cannot be made with ordinary straps.
3. Reliable closure, no loosening. If the strap opens by itself during use, you can quickly turn the knob to tighten it again. No pressure points, adjustable tightness at any time.
Rail system:
The holes on the SAR rail system are the same as other EX helmets. You can choose other products from our company that are designed for the EX series helmets, such as MOE rails, headphone clips, or MPLS adapters.
